About thirty Young Leaders from ULI France were able to listen to Nathalie Charles, ULI France Chair and CEO BNP Paribas REIM, on May 7, 2020, interviewed by Paola Urizar Chair Young Leaders France, to share her feedback on the various crises she has experienced and her vision of the impacts and major trends in our sector.
More specifically, Nathalie shared her vision of the role of Young Leaders and the opportunities – inherent to any crisis – that are currently emerging even more for this generation, which is well-positioned to bring innovation. In particular, she highlighted the essential skills such as looking at the most important issues, what has the most impact, and trying to move towards the simplest, towards initiatives that make sense and have mass appeal.
Finally, concerning the current COVID 19 crisis, it underlines the fact that we are in a marathon, and not a sprint, and the need to move forward at a steady pace on the condition that we know that the road ahead will be long…
