The objective of the Mentorship program is to facilitate the exchange of ideas and knowledge between senior professionals and the younger generation (Young Leaders) within ULI France. One of the principles of ULI is to contribute to a more sustainable and prosperous real estate community. We believe that this community should be the one that passes on its knowledge across generations.
This initiative is therefore fully in line with ULI’s values: to nurture tomorrow’s leadership by allowing the younger generation to benefit from the know-how and skills of more experienced profiles. This is why we invite you to participate in the second French edition of this initiative, which has already proven itself in other ULI networks (USA, UK, Spain, Poland, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.).
Thanks to this program, we wish to create privileged relationships between you and ULI members who are leaders in their sector of activity. This, with the aim of sharing their opinions, experiences and advice with you, while feeding off this relationship which is not one-way!
