Occupier demand for quality office space is changing - hybrid work is becoming the new norm and the requirements for office space are increasing in relation to the quality of building infrastructure, energy consumption, social impact and the direct impact on health and wellbeing of employees and user experience in the space. This event will provide owners and investors a better understanding of the new practices and requirements from the user perspective.
During the event, Professor Nils Kok from the Maastricht University will give an overview of the latest academic research around healthy buildings. This will be followed by a panel discussion featuring tenants who will share insights on the post-Covidoffice occupier requirements, but also discuss how it is expected to change in the future and the key priorities for future research to improve wellbeing in the built environment.
